A mad scientist steals the brains of famous scientists to power his evil experiments.

Lourdes Valentine M.

A ridiculous tale of a mad scientist who steals the brains of brilliant scientists, puts them in a jar, and uses their brain power to shoot out electricity fields. worth listening to if for nothing more than to hear one of the most ridiculous scripts produced. I'm still giggling about it.

Ronelle Bravura

An interesting, if (as Ronelle states) ridiculous, story about a mad scientist. I'm not sure why brilliant scientists' brains would be able to shoot lightning vs. other people's brains, but there it is.

This is an absolute and total rip-off of an old Wild Wild West episode called "Night of the Druid's Blood" which has Don Rickles playing the part of the mysterious magician. Anne Elder plays the part of the femme fatale. I assume because CBS owned both series, RMT escaped plagiarism and copyright infringement charges. Or maybe nobody cared or noticed. If you like this episode, check out the WWW version and see what you think. I've never seen anything copied so blatantly in 53 years of life.

Eddie Munster

Possibly the worst episode ever. Terrible writing, convoluted story.

Bill

That's saying a lot, Bill, because most of these are just awful. Grew up listening as a child; disappointed that my fond memories are so obviously flawed.

Don

Mystery Theater is a delight. Not all episodes are masterpieces but the writing and acting is almost uniformly excellent.
