I don't understand why some the actors, who are usually very good, are sooooo hammy when doing Shakespeare. I am now listening to "Green-Eyed Monster" (an adaptation of Othello).

Othello is a high ranking officer in the Italian military. He is also black. He falls in love with and marries a white woman of means. This causes plenty of problems for everyone involved and Othello becomes the victim of underhanded actions. Another good presentation of Shakespeare on CBSRMT.
