This episode is a cop story. In the beginning of the episode the police are conducting a drug raid. They surround a house and charge it. As they go into the house, one of the officers sees a suspect point a pistol at him so he fires his gun at him. When the smoke clears, a young man of 19 years of age is dead, the police are unable to find any drugs, or the gun that the officer saw pointed at him. The situation is further exacerbated by the fact that the dead youth is white and the police officer is black. I like cop stories but it's my opinion that generally CBSRMT cop stories are some of the weaker episodes. Having said that, I would have to say that this is one of the better ones from the cop genre.

A black cop is held to account after he shoots a young white man during a raid on a known drug distribution center in the suburbs. When no drugs are found, and the suspect’s gun is not found, the cop’s credibility is destroyed and he is suspended pending trial. His colleagues work to put the case to rest.

Another good one! Solved in "typical" 50's ending fashion. I enjoyed it though!

Interesting cop story from '70s. Great sound and voices to keep you listening.

I agree with Scott that most cop stories on CBSRMT are usually weaker (those that focus only on the police), but this one was pretty good. The shooting was also interesting as reflected in the current events of today, even if they are different situations.

You need to add Robert Maxwell for this episode.
