Two sisters hire the same private investigator to investigate the same man. They each have their own purpose.

Deewal Jr.

A rich widow falls in love with a man in a whirlwind romance. Her sister suspects he has foul intentions and hires a private investigator to dig into his past. He discovers a disturbing pattern. Things are complicated when the widow hires him to find her love when he fails to appear for their wedding.

An interesting tale. I did like that the tale was told almost from two different sides and that the history that was dug up is never really resolved, just implied. It was a pretty good listen.

Evie Juster was really always dependable and extremely talented, but when she uses this old lady voice, it sounds like nails on a chalkboard. I enjoyed the duality of the tale and found it entertaining. Mandel Kramer is one of my favorite actors ever involved in the show, and, as ever, he's solid here.

When you hear at the end of the episode, how the crooked confidence man is exposed, you will be very glad that you chose to listen to this episode. GREAT RADIO THEATER!!! Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Eric Templeton

A woman's sister pays a PI to check into her fiancee's background to break up marriage and when he fails to show at the alter, the bride hires him to find out why. Good morality story on many levels as its fraught with questions of situational ethics. Should he work for the second sister, whether the client's best interests or sticking to his job is proper, and his plan to win her away for her protection. Its all well acted and because she is attractive, not far-fetched that he'd be interested or that she'd question his integrity.
