A pre-president John Quincy Adams is serving as ambassador to France when he and his wife have a problem in their home (the embassy). It seems that it is haunted by a ghost. Thomas Jefferson is also present in France at this time and gets involved in the affair.

A pretty good tale that I'm surprised wasn't originally made closer to July 4th. I would hope there is some truth to the characters as they were played, but I'm not a historian so I don't know. A good listen for me.
