 Set in the future 2057, North America is controlled by a savage autocrat. A scientist brother and sister pair come up with a plan to alter his past and make him a little more compassionate. They decide to send an officer into his past in order to effect this.

Dr. Otto Segrim makes sure that he is arrested for treason by Gen. Franklin Ulysses Morgan’s elite guard. He then plots to have his sister, Leta, trick the general into shaking her poisoned-gloved hand. The general will die within hours unless he accepts the professor’s offer to send him back to a point in time where he can have a chance to decide not to become a dictator.

A prescient look towards our own times. Ironically, the year of the "revolution" in this play was today. A crucial minute of the play at the end is missing.
