I love the commercials. They add to my enjoyment of these programs. Thanks for leaving them in some of the episodes. :-))

I really enjoyed this episode- a lot of good elements, such as great setting in India, lots of lying and liars, mysterious mood, a little romance, great voice actors, all makes the Jataka an intriguing listen.

As I have mentioned previously, after this Episode, "the Jataka", listen to "The Eye of the Idol", "the Ranee of Rajputana", and lastly, "the Two Sisters", which I believe is a Quadrilogy of sorts by Sam Dann, with Earl Hammond as the Clever Indian lackey servant. Enjoy!!

Great tension and mystery, with fine acting and music. Beautifully evocative of another place and time. There were also loud extraneous noises, as if an overlay of another recording, which I found distracting. Other than that, very enjoyable!

A period piece with a strong female lead for this mystery set in India in 1909. Good sound quality, great cast of radio actors. Enjoyable on a winter night during the pandemic of 2020.
