Plot:
A recently married couple find themselves the centre of attention in a metropolitan city as they get robbed soon after arriving and their story is picked up by the media. The public and the government are sympathetic for a time during which they receive aid. But things turn sour after are found to pass bad checks.

A couple of country bumpkins from (where else) Maine, go to the "big city" for their honeymoon, only to be robbed. They become the toast of the town when the locals help them out with their every need. Things turn sour when accusations are made against the couple and the story eventually shifts back to Maine.

A newlywed couple is robbed "in the big city," and find themselves on a human interest program on television. The public and government responds with gifts and recognition. But when they are arrested for passing bad checks, The whole thing goes south.
